Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mr. Paul Freeman, who made my wife and I feel right at home. After we shared what we were looking for, he went over different options and designs. Paul really knows your products inside and out, which made our decision a whole lot simpler. I should also mention that the settees we picked out look fantastic and are well constructed; now we’re just waiting for the delivery date.

I got some fresh bedroom furnishings dropped off on Friday and I couldn't be happier with it. Ben and John, the sales team, were super helpful and patient, and the delivery crew, James and John, were fantastic—friendly, courteous, and nothing was too much hassle. Once again, Cookes provided excellent service, which is why we keep returning.

Cooke’s is an amazing family-run business. We were really impressed with the warm welcome and the professionalism of everyone we met. A week back, we popped in to check out the furniture they had. The quality is top-notch, and there’s something for every budget. Our sales rep was Joanna Richards. She was super helpful and really knew her stuff. Nothing was too much for her, and she didn’t push us at all. Joanna took the time to go over different options, fabrics, and quality with us. We decided to head home to measure our space and think things over, promising to come back in a few days. When we returned, after looking at more choices, we ended up placing an order with Joanna for a different set of furniture. Everyone we met at Cooke’s was friendly and generous with their time and advice. We can’t recommend Cooke’s and their team enough. Both times we visited were pleasant and stress-free, and we’ll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.

They give you a heads-up on when to expect your order, call you on delivery day, and keep you updated on their arrival. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
